How to proceed:

Step 1. Create an account on SciencesConf.

Step 2. Submit an abstract on SciencesConf. When submitting an abstract (maximum 500 words), you must choose which session you wish to present your work in. The scientific committee will select abstracts which will be presented as oral communications to ensure that sessions are relatively balanced.

Step 3. Proceed to payment on dr12.azur-colloque. For payment of registration fees you will be redirected to the website of the Delegation DR12 CNRS. A pre-registration is required here as well. Once your pre-registration has been validated, you will be able to finalize the payment. As far as possible, payments must be made by credit card. Reduction

If you have not already done so, go to the website of the International Phytolith Society and become a member or renew your membership in 2016 ! A 30 € discount is offered to members of the IPS. If you have indicated that you are a member of the IPS, your conference registration will be confirmed after checking with IPS. 

Registration

Conference registration on SciencesConf (step 1) and payment on dr12.azur-colloque (step 3) are mandatory for all participants who come to Aix en Provence to attend the conferences, and for all first authors who submit an abstract for an oral or poster communication.

For oral communications, one author cannot submit more than one abstract as first author. However, he/she can be co-author. For the posters, one author may submit two abstracts as first author, and several as a co-author.

If you wish to attend the conference without submitting an abstract, please register (step 1) and proceed to payment (step 3) .

Presentations format

Oral: 15' + 5' for questions. PowerPoint or PDF files. 

Posters: Paper A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). Prefer the PORTRAIT layout.
